- • Simbo AI is looking for commission-based Sales Professionals to join our team and sell our digital growth services to prospective clients. As a Sales Professional, you will identify new business opportunities, make product recommendations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- • Experience selling digital health services such as EMR, RCM, Practice management Softwares, PatientEngagement software, Scribe Software, Digital AI Assistant for healthcare Marketing.
- • Demonstrated skills in pitching and closing deals.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hospitals/Clinics from initial contact to contract signing.
- • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- • Follow up persistently with leads to move them through our sales process to ensure a contract is signed.
- • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- • This role offers qualified meeting payouts and commission on sales with no earnings cap.
